1 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 stick melted butter
8oz cream cheese
1 cup powered sugar
12oz cool whip
2 package instant pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
Mix first four ingredients together. Put in 9X13 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread in dish.
Mix last two ingredients and spread in dish. Top with remaining Cool Whip
